BUTTON BIT USING ATTENTION

          Button bit is a product with high content of science and technology comparing with Chisel bit, its lifespan that no need to grind is more higher than chisel bit, and the efficiency of drilling is also better, so button bit is warmly welcomed by users. For drill bits ≥￠45, the efficiency of chisel bit is lower, it is better to use button bit to drill. According to the shape of button, which can be grouped under many types ,such as : hemishere tooth, taper tooth(bullet), parabola tooth etc. Hemishere: better carrying capacity, excellent wearability; Taper and Parabola: fast drilling speed, not good wearability. In order to use button bit rightly, and ensure the abrasion and discard as useless of button bit, must pay attention to some points as follows: 1. according to the situation of rock(hardness, abrasiveness), the method of drilling(open air, underground, dig drilling, produce drilling, anchor hole drilling), eliminate powder medium(compressive air, high pressure water), rock drill( heavy, light, pneumatic, hydraulic) etc to choose drill bits to drill hole, different the arrangement of buttons and method of powder elimination are fit for different quarry and biulding sites, so choose right drill bits is the precondition that get the fastest speed of drilling hole! 2. It need be stable when start to drill holes, must turn down the work parameters of rock drills, avoiding single button is so overloaded that make breaking buttons and dropping buttons. 3. According to the situation of rock, adjust the work parameters of rock drill timely, the standard is not rod blocking, fast drilling speedm, not bend of rod,to adjust the parameters of impact, move and turn, and also can through checking the temperature of connector of rod endness and rod to judge: the normal temperature is ≤40℃ through water to eliminate powder; the normal temperature is ≤70℃ through compressing air to eliminate powder;Note:Awoid to stop water and air when bit is being used, or easily make bit hot to result in dropping and breaking button.4. After drilling per hole, should check the drill bit, if buttons are weared heavily, should change timely, to ensure drill speed,and also can reuse it again after grinding; if happen the situation of reversing bit, should change timely, or it will wear button heavily, even block rod(Button grinding standard: button coronal rubdown plane diameter ≥ 1/3 of column diameter).
