Operation & Using Maintaince of Pneumatic Tools

1. Airing systerm

Generally speaking , inlet air pressure on the inlet of tools(not outlet air pressure of air compressor) is 90PSIG(6.2Kg/cm^2), overhigh or lower all will be harm for capability and lifespan of tools.

Inlet air must include enough lubricating oil, in order to make air mortar of tools lubricate enough (Put a blank paper in exhaust part to examine if there is oil patch or not, oil patch phenomena is normal)

Inlet air must exclude water as possible as we can, if conpressing air don't pass air drier is impertinent.

2.Don't operate tools after dismantling spare parts discretionarily,besides will effect operators’safe ,and will make tools break.

3.Don’t continue to use tools if happened a few faults ,pls check it immediately.

4.Pls check and maintain tools periodically(about a week), add grease in trunning part of axletree, and add oil in air mortar part.

5.Using all kinds of tools, pls must follow all kinds of safe rules and using instruction .

6. Pls choose right tools to work, if tool is over-bigger ,will be harm for work easily, smaller will break tools.
